New robotic welding technology: Mobile and self-programming welding robots as a result of Adaptive, Logic Programming Technology

Introducing the Danish company Inrotech ApS, a leading innovative automation company, this presentation will feature the company’s advanced mobile welding solutions, characterized by innovation in all major areas:

  • Software and Operating systems: through Adaptive, Logic Programming Technology (ALPT), the welding robot creates its own co-ordinates when working (via laser- or 3D scanning) and adapts the welding process to the robots environment and the subject of the welding.
  • Mechanical concepts: the robots have to be small and mobile, able to access even the most remote locations. Inrotech’s solutions can be customized and adapted to every specific need of the client, and often reach places impossible for any other welding robot to access.

Inrotech’s solutions are simple and easy to use, and after a short introduction to the welding robot and its technology via the interactive touch-panel, the operator is ready to implement it, managing up to four robots simultaneously. Inrotech’s vision is to work towards an even simpler concept, featuring a green button for “Start” and a red button for “Stop”.
