BNP Paribas Cardif will present the Mobile Protect VR, a virtual reality experience. This device is meant to raise the customers’ awareness towards mobile insurance offers and to encourage them to protect the belongings they care for.

BNP Paribas Cardif will also display a mobile application which allows users to suscribe to an insurance service and to declare any kind of damages through simple, fast processes. Thus, this innovation aims to fulfill the need for rapidity and efficiency that customers share.

The “Santé-24 application” shows the interest for an insurer to develop personnal care thanks to a special device of connected objects providing the user with a customized health service at home. The senior population is the main target of this device which proposes a wide range of treatments according to data about the state of health of the user.

Finally, BNP Paribas Cardif will present a driving simulator with facial recognition designed by Altran, which aims at raising the user’s awareness about his driving behaviour.



Our innovations are meant to highlight the impact that robotics and artificial intelligence have on the insurer’s activity. Those devices shed light on the issue that robotics and AI represent when considering the insurance sector. Indeed, insurance has to adapt its products and its services to modern habits and expectations or to new ways of consuming that new technologies triggered.
